Our flagship product is a code generation engine that generates developer portals and API SDKs. 

 

Job Responsibilities

As the customer success associate, you will be on the frontlines supporting our partners through their onboarding process and will become the primary point of contact to build relationship with our partners to ensure product value is being derived. 

  • You will be onboarded on the product and processes
  • Assisting Account Executives to manage and maintain partner history for building relationships and onboarding handoffs
  • Assisting Account Executives for Internal collaboration between engineering and business for alignment purposes
  • Handling partnership calls and account subscriptions 
  • Orchestrating successful on-boardings
  • Collaborate with our global partners to drive product usage and success, educate partners and grow our product advocacy
  • Empathize with aspects of customer experience, and highlighting improvements amongst product teams
  • Encourages Customers to optimise use of the product and identify growth opportunities

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Be able to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly and effectively
  • Be able to articulate and evangelize the value of a single technology for diverse industries
  • People management skills like patience, problem solving, relationship building
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be able to open to wearing multiple hats

 

Other skills

  • Self driven | Well organized | Adapting to changing priorities

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS is a plus ( but if your degree covered basic coding concepts, we are open to speaking with you)
  • MBA/Masters in Project is a bonus
