What you’ll do:

  • Effectively engage with new prospects and win deals by using a consultative, value-oriented approach that resonates with high-level decision-makers.
  • Understand the prospective company, personas, goals, and challenges by researching and asking excellent discovery questions.
  • Demonstrate a high level of business acumen by effectively discussing the business needs of prospects to align APIMatic fit before presenting value.
  • Love the hunt of prospecting and want to scale your pipeline in order to exceed targets.
  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting through opportunity development and deal closure to post-sale kickoff with our Customer Success team.
  • Are passionate about Devtools / API solutions, enabling you to build genuine trust with prospects.
  • Desire to work in a dynamic startup where you can share feedback from the field to help shape the evolution of the product and service offerings.


Who You Are:

  • Skilled in enterprise sales with VP+ level engagements (preferably in the US).
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience in API space (or Devtooling in general).
  • Experience in the Fintech or OpenBanking industries will be preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets by running a consultative sales process with large, complex enterprise organizations.
  • Have an understanding of developer tools & solutions in the API space.
  • Fosters a customer-first mindset while balancing the goals of the company.
