About the Role

As a creative Visual Designer, you will be responsible for evolving and executing brand language across a wide range of internal and external touchpoints. From branding physical touchpoints like a booth at conference events to digital touchpoints like our website or sales presentations and business reports, you’ll have a diversity of mediums and audiences. In addition, you will collaborate closely with Design, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and design assets for our product, events, communications, web, marketing, sales, and anything else that needs Illustrations and graphic design work to communicate visual style creatively.
• Participate in cross-functional strategy, timing, and process discussion as it pertains to brand communications.
• Support internal teams on presentation design and visualization of product use cases.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across time zones, including marketing, product development and engineering, to craft experiences for all products and platforms.
• Create design deliverables to communicate your work including sketches, drawings, diagrams, animations, mood boards, storyboards, print, and web-ready files.
• Work with suppliers to achieve our design goals on physical or digital assets.
• Promote internal awareness of design trends and brand standards through collaboration amongst the design team.
• Research business segments, audiences, and project details that will inform your work.
• Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are consistent.

Required Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of experience working with print, web, user interfaces, digital products, or software applications across a range of channels (developed illustrations and graphics).
• Must show a portfolio of work that reflects creative thinking, broad range, and modern and minimalist approach.
• An excellent understanding of how to apply visual design elements, such as typography, patterns, photography, motion, and interaction.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Open to feedback, know-how to give and receive criticism, and how and when to defend design decisions
• Beneficial to have in-depth technical knowledge of product development related to UI and graphic design.
• You desire to push the boundaries of how a brand is interpreted and understood.
• Exceptional visual and oral communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UI Design software: Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
