About Role: 

We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to build and scale modern web applications using React, Next.js, and NestJS. You’ll work across frontend and backend systems, delivering high-quality, performant, and maintainable solutions. This role involves close collaboration with product, design, and QA teams to create seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using React, NextJs, NestJs and an  ORM (e.g. prisms)

  • Build responsive, high-quality UI components in React with Atomic Design Pattern.

  • Integrate APIs, optimise backend performance, and ensure smooth communication between front-end and back-end.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience.

  • Strong React + Next.js (App Router) experience

  • Excellent JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals

  • Mastery of TailwindCSS for building fast, clean interfaces

  • State management: Redux, Zustand, TanStack/React Query

  • Backend skills with Node.js (NestJS/Express)

  • Experience with Prisma + SQL databases

  • Good understanding of REST APIs and modern web architecture.

  • Experience writing high-quality tests (unit/integration/E2E)

  • Strong Git and CI/CD knowledge (GitHub Actions preferred)

Good to have:

  • Experience working on developer-experience SaaS products.

  • Familiarity with TanStack Start.

  • Micro-frontend or monorepo experience (Nx/Turbo).

  • Storybook for documentation.

  • RSC patterns & server-centric architectures.

  • Familiarity with Docker, or microservices

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or relevant fields, or equivalent experience in the specified job role.
