Role Overview
We are looking for a junior HR Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full spectrum of HR while having a strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our people operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and helping us attract, engage, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Employer Branding Support
- Assist in scheduling social media posts and maintain calendar
- Track engagement metrics for employer branding posts and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate and follow up with the design team to compile the visuals as per brief
- Research and propose innovative ideas to enhance employer branding efforts.
- Support the planning and execution of internal/external employer branding events
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment insights.
- Oversee core HR functions such as employee lifecycle management, HR operations, and policy implementation.
- Support engagement initiatives to foster a positive employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Drive process improvements across HR to make workflows more efficient and scalable.
Required Skills
- 1-3 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Solid understanding of HR operations, policies, and compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across teams.
- Proficiency in using HR systems, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach.
