Role Overview
We are looking for a HR & Talent acquisition (technical recruiter) specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full spectrum of HR while having a strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our people operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and helping us attract, engage, and retain top talent.
What You'll Do

Own end-to-end (360°) recruitment, managing the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing and headhunting to offer rollout and onboarding.

Demonstrate strong headhunting and proactive sourcing expertise (must-have), identifying and engaging high-quality talent through direct outreach, talent mapping, referrals, and niche sourcing channels.

Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs to support predictable and faster hiring outcomes.

Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and drive hiring efficiency against key recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance rates.

Conduct HR screenings to assess cultural fit, motivation, and role alignment before advancing candidates to next interview stages.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication and smooth interview experiences for both candidates and interviewers.

Actively manage candidate follow-ups and feedback loops to maintain hiring momentum and reduce time-to-fill.

Track recruitment data and metrics, maintain accurate documentation, and use insights to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.

Drive process improvements across recruitment, introducing scalable workflows and best practices.

Support the HR team with other HR functions, including organizational development (OD) initiatives, HR operations, and employee engagement activities as required.
Required Skills
- 3-4 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Solid understanding of HR operations, policies, and compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across teams.
- Proficiency in using HR systems, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach.
